Jolie Morello

Hey Bambini provides a comprehensive guide to MELBOURNE'S best Child Friendly Cafes and Restaurants that cater especially for children from birth to 12 years old. The Hey Bambini website is dedicated to all the parents who want to get out and about with the family for a quick breakfast, lunch or just a simple coffee without the hassle of worrying about parking, changing facilities, kid's menus, highchairs, opening hours and most importantly – entertainment for your little ones.

When Jolie's not visiting cafes with her two boys she does all the other fun family stuff like swimming lessons, playgroup, library and the park. When the kids go to bed she loves to crochet, sew, bake, read and drink red wine. This mamma also loves to spend time Op-shopping, collecting recipes books and going on dates to some of Melbourne's best restaurants with her hubby.

Hi! My name is Jo and I like to be many things but what I love most is being wife and mumma-bear. I have a gorgeous, patient and kind husband and together we have two beautiful boys, Noah -3 and Jude - 4 months. Oh, and let me not forget our very naughty beagle named Barkly who gets a lot of our attention also. Together we are a loud, fun and energetic family. Our kids are pretty gorgeous and our toddler loves nothing more than a good chit-chat with pretty much anyone who will give him a minute or two. He loves superman. And he loves patting your dog. We are lucky enough to live in the beautiful city of Melbourne and as a bonus we have the dearest Italian elderly neigbours who play a very important part in our daily lives. Mostly spoiling us with deliciously yummy Italian treats.

We embrace all this city has to offer, whilst enjoying an occasional country getaway. We have a true passion to share with our kids the beautiful world in which we live, which has seen us embark on many wonderful adventures, including a back packing trip through Asia.

Overall, we are a happy little tribe and we think life is pretty awesome. We look forward to sharing our good times with you!

I am a Melbourne-based blogger who loves to find new and different things to do in the city. I have my four year old son every second weekend so quality time is very important to me without turning into a holiday dad. Hopefully the nerdling and I will see you around the city soon.

Rowena had a newborn and a three-year old birthday party to host one August and wanted something low-fuss, out of the house and not weather dependent. She wished there was a website where parents could discover earthy and imaginative places to have kids parties around Melbourne. Unable to find what she wanted, she decided to start a blog about this herself, and Purple Party People Melbourne was born. She now takes her best critics with her to review venues, her six year old daughter and three year old son. She also writes fiction, blogs at outofprintwriting and works part time at a regional art gallery as a Publications and Marketing Coordinator.

My name is Faith, I'm the West Side contributor for Little Melbourne and I have a 2 year old son 'Mr Houdini'. We like discovering new things to do, particularly cafes, playgrounds, swimming pools and anything involving music or trains. We also love the Western Bulldogs. I am passionate about raising awareness of pediatric stroke as Mr Houdini suffered a massive stroke when he was 10 weeks old. My secret confession is, I used to go to Bandcamp.

You can read about Mr Houdini's journey here.
