Republica's philosophy is simple: The public bar and restaurant for the people, on the beach.republica_restaurant_st_kilda_beach

It’s no surprise spice has a huge influence in the gregarious share plate eating that is prevalent
in the sea ports of all the spice routes in Asia, Europe, Africa and the America’s.
The menu is designed to be a tribute to this food style, with drinks and music to match. Of course you can have a plate all to yourself too.

Republica is social eating and fun. For the people. On the beach.
