Blue Sky Health + Fitness offers bootcamps and outdoor fitness classes that are suitable for ALL fitness levels and abilities. Whether you are a new mum, haven’t been exercising for long, or have competed in marathons – you will be challenged! Based in the Melbourne Bayside area, we have a number of locations that we train in – Sandringham Football Club, Elwood & Mordialloc.


Blue Sky Health & Fitness runs Mums & Bubs sessions at Sandringham (Tuesday 9.00am) and Elwood (Thursday 9.00am).

Exercising with children is possible! 

Your babies can sit on a mat/rug and play, or walk/crawl around, or even sit or sleep in their prams while mum gets a great all over body workout. We can even make your bub part of the workout! We train right next to the babies, so you can see and hear them at all times. We have regular ‘baby’ checks – aka drink breaks. There is also undercover areas where we train when the weather isn’t great.

Each workout is different, so it’s always challenging your body to do different things. Cardio work, arms and abs, legs and bums etc. It is suitable for ALL fitness levels and abilities. It’s also a great opportunity to get outside, get some fresh air, meet other mums and do something for you!
