This recipe is from my grandmother, who today, is a great grandmother of 8 boys and girls.nana_lodjas_babka_recipe
Nana has been making this cake with us since long before we can recall.
When trying to recreate food from your youth, it is always difficult to match your taste to your memory, sometimes the flavor is right and sometimes not,
but we recall how it brings us together and reminds us of good times.
Nothing beats sharing a fresh cake from the oven and a cup of tea with family and friends....
