For something a little off the beaten track these holidays head to the Shrine of Remembrance to take a trail of history.
Start off with a map and pencil available from the Visitor's Centre then let your kids lead you and explore the grounds. This activity suits ages 6+ but our 4 year old happily played along as the promise of an ANZAC biscuit loomed.
On your trail you'll get to take in the Shrine of Remembrance and have a chat to your child about everything ANZAC. A great learning experience for everyone.
