Bonjour Agathé Pâtisserie! The popular french stall has opened up at the South Melbourne Market and is serving it up to locals and french pastrie lovers.
The Paris-inspired bakery had a cult following at the Prahran Market and it's any wonder as you bite into a fresh croissant, cruffin or pastrie. The croissants – light, flaky, buttery, moist – are good enough on their own, but these aren't just the 'super stars' on offer here.
Agathe, a Paris-born-and-raised mum of three is the passionate owner and bakes everything fresh behind the counter of the South Melbourne stall.
